If the frame is offline, or an incorrect or expired connection code is entered on the smartphone app, you will receive the following message: "This connection code or QR code has expired." Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help solve the problem.
1.Make sure the frame wifi is successfully connected
2.Refresh the QR code on the frame
The QR code and connection code are only valid for 12 hours after they are generated. If the code has expired, restart the frame or tap on the top right of the QR code to generate a new connection code and QR code on the frame (restarting is not required, but restarting is most likely to help).
Here is a guide on how to generate a new code and how to enter the code on your smartphone:

3.Please double-check that the code is 100% correct and cannot be entered with the space bar
For example, in the picture below, the correct connection code is 532103970.
(Please note that you should not enter the space key)
You can ask the owner to send a photo of the code to ensure that the code you enter on the smartphone is the same as the code displayed on the frame.
4.Disable local VPN on your phone
If a local VPN is enabled on the phone you're trying to pair with the frame, try disabling it and entering the connection code again.
