The frame's touchscreen may have issues if it is unplugged while running, or if there is a power outage or power surge. If your frame is not responding to touch gestures, check out the troubleshooting steps below.
1. Check if a screen protector is covering the display
Some frames come with a clear screen protector covering the screen. This is meant to be removed when setting up the frame, as the protector can make it harder for the frame to respond to touch gestures.
2. Reboot and unplug the frame
Unplug the frame's power cord from both ends (from the frame and the outlet) for 10 minutes, then plug it back in.
3. Rotate the frame
If there is one or more noticeable spots on the frame's screen that are not responding, you can rotate the screen 90 degrees to either side (landscape to portrait / portrait to landscape) to see if anything changes.
