If the remote couldn't work,please check the following suggestions.
1.Please reinsert the charger of the frame to restart the frame
2.Install new batteries in the remote control.
If possible, you could please try a different brand of battery, a completely different brand of fresh AAA alkaline batteries.
3.Please press the Down button and the Album button of the remote control at the same time for 3-5 seconds to match the remote control with the frame. The reference picture is as follows.
4.Then try to see if the remote control can be used normally.
