If the frame couldn't receive the photos from Ourphoto APP,please check the following suggestions.
1.Make sure the device is connected to WiFi normally; you could click "forget password" to reconnect the wifi;
2.Make sure the photo format is within the scope of the manual;
3.Try to restart the frame and wait for 2 minutes after WiFi connection (because Ourphoto software has been around for a long time, there will be transmission delays when many users use the APP to upload pictures)
4.Please share the About interface of frame for us to check.Our technicians will try to push software to your frame to update.
