If the QR code shows as expired,please check the following suggestions.
If the code has expired, you can simply click the "Refresh" button above the QR code to generate a new code on the frame!
If you need help entering the code in the smartphone app, please note: Do not enter spaces in the middle of the numbers. Just enter the numbers directly.

Or you could please click Settings>About>Check whether the Frame ID appears. If the Frame ID appears, please fill in the Frame ID in the blank space of the mobile phone APP to connect. As shown in the figure.
(1)What should I do if the QR code or connection code does not appear?
Please make sure that the wifi connection is successful, as shown in the figure.
2. Click the refresh button to refresh the QR code.
3. If it still does not appear, please click Settings>About>Check whether the Frame ID appears. If the Frame ID appears, please fill in the Frame ID in the blank space of the mobile phone APP to connect. As shown in the figure.
